Membership

Treeway Education has both public and private sections of this web site. Access to these private sections requires a username and password which are created during the purchase process. Treeway Education has a monthly membership cost.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy

Due to proprietary software, content, intellectual property and the digital nature of our online resources and programs, we have a no-refund policy. There are no absolutely no refunds; however, a student can withdraw and cancel their subscription at any time. If you cancel while a subscription is currently active, you will retain access to the website & applicable resources until your subscription runs out for that month.

Suspension, Expulsion And Withdrawal

Suspension is a temporary discontinuance of access to Treeway Education’s live video classes. Students retain membership access during a suspension and all financial responsibilities remain in effect during a suspension. If a child is expelled for any reason, the financial responsibility for access to member-only areas still relies on the parent/guardian/student. Suspension or expulsion can occur for a variety of reasons, including abuse.

Privacy

We recommend that you review our Privacy Policy that is posted on this web site, which is part of these Terms of Use and which we may amend at any time. If at any time you are not in compliance with the policy, we have the right to terminate your rights of use and access to this web site. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure that all personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
